Building India's most trusted medicine reference
Our mission
InfoMyMed exists to make Indian medicine information accurate, independent, and free. Every month millions of patients and caregivers search for what a tablet does, whether it is safe with another drug, and whether a cheaper generic exists. We answer those questions in plain language, with prices anchored to NPPA ceiling data and the Jan Aushadhi scheme, so families can make informed choices at the pharmacy counter.
What we cover
The platform indexes over 100,000 Indian medicine SKUs across 8,000+ salt compositions, mapped to therapeutic class, schedule status, manufacturer, and the published Jan Aushadhi generic equivalent. On top of that catalogue we run a curated drug-interaction database, a visual pill identifier, and condition-level guides reviewed against standard treatment protocols from the Indian Council of Medical Research and the World Health Organization.
How we work
Our editorial process pairs licensed Indian pharmacists with a small engineering team. Drug data is synced nightly from public government sources (CDSCO, NPPA, Jan Aushadhi BPPI), reviewed for clinical accuracy, and never modified by advertisers — we do not accept payment from pharmaceutical brands for placement. Read the full process on our Editorial Board page.
Leadership
Editorial
Led by registered pharmacists with bedside experience in Indian tertiary hospitals; meet the team on the Editorial Board.
Engineering
Built in Bengaluru on a privacy-first stack — no third-party ad tracking on medicine pages, and no personal health data sold to anyone.
Partnerships
InfoMyMed surfaces buy-links to licensed Indian pharmacies (1mg, PharmEasy, Netmeds, Apollo) so patients can complete a purchase after researching. These are clearly labelled affiliate links; they never affect ranking, content, or the generic substitutes we recommend. For collaborations, press, or data corrections, reach us via the Contact page.
